Assurance that hypnosis works for height increase

Jahzeel writes, “I am very much interested in self-hypnosis. I am actually practicing it twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Although I have just been practicing for 3 days, I get impatient at times even to the point of having doubts. My goal actually is to increase my height, to broaden my hips and to reshape my nose. I have read threads about dong self-hypnosis and seems like there are those who have been successful in their goals.

I just want an assurance from you that self-hypnosis really works for increasing one’s height. I am really looking forward to hearing answers from you,. please, I am getting desperate. I need someone like you to shed me light. Thanks again.”

The best way to get assurance that self-hypnosis works for height-increase is from your own experience.  As you’ve already discovered, you may get inspired by reading about success of other people, but you’ll never know for sure what you can do using the power of your mind just by reading about other people’s experience or asking someone what is possible.  You’ll gain assurance and confidence from your own experience.

The only place where you can begin is from where you are at – at this very moment.  If you’ve never used self-hypnosis successfully before, then you begin by using it on goals that you know for sure you can achieve, preferably within a short period of time.  Each time you use self-hypnosis, you get a feedback and you learn what makes it easier for you to get the results you desire, and what makes it more challenging, so you begin to fine-tune the way you use the power of your mind and you begin doing more and more of those things that are effective, based on your experience, and avoid doing things that are not effective.

Eventually you learn that the trick is in enjoying the experience and in allowing it to happen, rather than in trying to force anything to happen.  And you learn that you can experience even instant results when you let go and allow whatever happens to happen, and that it may take forever to experience desired results when you are feeling anxious or impatient.  And then you learn that a sense of joyful expectation will bring you positive results faster, while a sense of desperation will tend to kill the effectiveness whatever it is you are attempting to do with your mind.  And you learn that self-hypnosis works when you know what you’re doing, when you know how to use the power of your mind effectively.
