Making sure you’re working with grow taller hypnosis correctly

Shreya writes,” First, thanks for all your help! :)

So, please tell me if this is the right thing to do:

  • to believe in the right worldview
  • to be determined to grow taller and to decide that I will grow taller
  • to have patience
  • to listen to the Grow Taller recordings every day

Is that all we have to do? Is there anything I am missing? … I just want to make sure that I am doing it all correctly.”White it’s great that you want to ensure that you’re doing everything correctly, ultimately the way you learn how to use the power of your mind correctly is by using it, and pondering how to do it right may be an obstacle.  The secret of using the power of your mind is in subjectively experiencing your desired outcome – NOT in analyzing it.  The moment you start to analyze the outcome you are introducing the critical faculty of your mind and you are creating an obstacle to the experience.

Consider the difference between immersing yourself in eating a strawberry, in savoring it, enjoying it, feeling it, smelling it, tasting it – and thinking whether you’re doing it right. Consider the difference between enjoying the beauty and the scent of the flower – and wondering whether you’re doing it right.

In some esoteric traditions, there is an imagery of deities, like Chinnamasta, who have chopped off their own head.  It may seem rather strange that one would cut off his own head, but the symbolic imagery is about putting your thoughts aside, putting your analytical mind aside, and allowing yourself to fully immerse yourself in experience.  When you let go of your head, you consciousness descends into your heart – you feel.

So when you work with hypnosis, when you work with using the power of your mind – you will get the best and fastest results if you allow yourself to fully enjoy the experience, and put aside your mind, put aside analyzing whether you’re doing it right or not.

During each hypnosis sessions you may have different experiences.  Some times you may feel nothing much, other times you may feel all kinds of sensations and vibrations in your body. Whatever happens is fine.  And if you just go with the flow and allow whatever happens to happen, you’ll get much better results than if you start to anticipate what is supposed to happen and start to compare your sessions.  The moment you start to analyze and compare, you are no longer immersed in the experience and you are creating an obstacle.

Practicing hypnosis is very simple – you immerse yourself in experiencing your desired outcome and then you let go – whatever happens is fine.  And then the next day you repeat the process, until you get your desired result.  Any obstacle you may experience will come from your mind – from analyzing what’s happening, so put your mind aside, and allow yourself to immerse yourself in the experience of your desired outcome.
