Shreya asked, “Why do some people grow faster with hypnosis and some don’t?”
Some people have more inner obstacles to overcome than others. Some people instinctively use hypnosis correctly. They may be more introverted by nature, they may tend to be imaginative and can effortlessly immerse themselves in subjectively experiencing their inner world, and they also know how to let go and let things happen. Other people may be trying to grow taller in the same way they are working on changing things in the outer world – straining, struggling, using force and pushing until something happens.
In the outer world if you want to move a chair from one place to another, you may have to keep on pushing it or carrying it until it is where you want it to be. In the inner world, you are not the one who does the “pushing” – you merely experience what you want to happen and then you let go and let it happen. If you don’t let go, nothing much happens until you let go.
There are many ways to practice letting go, some of the tools that are helpful are biofeedback programs like Wild Divine where you can train your mind through fun games, and when you get into an optimal state of mind you get to levitate objects on the screen. You can click here to check it out.
Again, some people can easily get into that playful state of mind which is optimal for getting results with hypnosis, while others may be tense for many different reasons. Some may have conflicting beliefs, some may think that it is enough to just listen to hypnosis recording without getting involved in any way – and while that may work just fine when all you want to do is trigger the information that is already impressed upon your subconscious; if you are programming your subconscious with new ideas, then you have to bring the to life in your inner world. You have to feel, to experience the reality of that taller body to the point that it feels at least as real, if not more real than the body you want to change.
