How often should you measure yourself?

John asks:  ”How often should I measure myself when working with Grow Taller program?”

You can measure yourself as often as you’d like to get the feedback, as long as you look upon it merely as feedback, and do not feel discouraged if you are not getting results faster than you’d like.

Everyone’s height fluctuates and if you want to get accurate measurement of your height you may want to measure yourself in the morning and in the evening, standing up and laying down and take the average. In the morning you may be a little bit taller due to spine decompression, and in the evening you may be a little bit shorter due to spine compression.

Some people measure themselves once a month, some measure themselves once a week, some measure themselves every few days. Some people don’t measure themselves at all until those around them start to comment that they have grown taller or it becomes obvious that they are now taller when they stand beside somewhere who was taller than they were and now they are of equal height.
