The symptoms you are describing are most commonly associated with awakening or kundalini, with energy moving through the body. While many people who work with Deep Trance Now Grow Taller hypnosis recordings experience movement of energy, most frequently in the form of feeling of electricity running through their bodies or the body shaking while they are working with hypnosis recordings, no one yet reported such symptoms while working with subliminal recordings.
